Reckato is built and maintained by one person. If it saved you money or a headache, a voluntary tip is a genuine thank-you toward development. It unlocks nothing in the app and is separate from Reckato Pro, which is sold only through the App Store and Google Play.
Does Reckato send my data anywhere?
No. There is no account, no tracking and no advertising. Everything you type stays on your phone. A few features fetch public figures when you use them — exchange rates, your country's stock indices, the central-bank rate, and weather for a ZIP or postcode you add — and nothing else leaves your device. Where do the numbers come from?
From published official sources — the IRS and state revenue departments for tax, the BLS and EIA for prices, the Census Bureau for rents and home values, and the Federal Reserve and NAIC for loan and insurance figures. Each is dated inside the app on the Sources screen. They are estimates, not advice.
How do I manage or cancel Reckato Pro?
From Settings in the app, or from your App Store or Google Play account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. See the terms.
How do I clear what the app remembers?
Settings has controls to clear the tape, the figures tools remember, and your saved pay, without deleting the app. Deleting the app removes everything.
